9. In-App Purchases (IAP)
9.1 What We Offer
The App provides a one-time “Remove Ads” option. Pricing follows the App Store listing and may change based on exchange rates or store policy.
9.2 Payment Processing & Data We Receive
- Payments are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not obtain or store card numbers.
- We handle only the minimum necessary data (purchase presence, receipt verification results) to grant entitlements and prevent fraud.
9.3 Storage & Retention
- Purchase status is stored locally on your device and retained until the app is deleted or data is reset.
9.4 Restore
- After reinstalling or changing devices, use “Restore Purchases” with the same Apple ID to regain access at no extra cost.
9.5 Refunds
- Refunds follow Apple’s policies. Please refer to App Store support.
9.6 Minors
- Minors require the consent of a legal guardian to make purchases.
9.7 Anti-Fraud
- If receipt tampering or other fraud is suspected, we may temporarily suspend entitlements.
